This is a 18"x20" Dish. It will pick up 3 satellite signals: 101W,110W & 119W.
Please be aware, you hardly get any high definition channels in with this type of antenna. If fact you only get two English channels and 1 spanish one. This is great antenna for anyone who watches just the regular digital channels in both English and or spanish. Soon or later, digital broadcast will dissapear. Leaving only high definition format to watch. The channels are suppose to take place by late 2012.
DIRECTV AU9-SL5-SWM
This Directv satellite Dish has 5 LNBs. It will pick up 99, 103, 101, 110 and 119 Satellites. 99 and 103 Satellites provides All HD channels in both English and Spanish. Please be aware you need to have your receiver(s) connected to a C-BAND converter box to watch them. Also be aware, you can connect maximum up to 4 receivers with a single slimline dish. If you need more than that, you need to get a 5x8 Directv multiswitch.
Coming up, Directv will have access a new type of slimline satellite dish. This new dish will be similar to the 5 LNB type. Except, you will be able to connect multiple receivers using 1 single line. Each receiver will be asigned a particular frequency. Thus, no more extra lines will be required. Special installation will be need it.
