Quad nonstack lnb is the latest LNB Star Choice has to offer
It connects up to Four Receiver
No Switches required
A Quad nonstack lnb is your glorified LNB for
Starchoice.
Why? Because it allows you to
connect up to four receivers
with it. The following pictures shows the front and back of this LNB.
This LNB does not required any external switches to be connect it (assuming you're connecting 1 to 4 receivers.) In fact, inside this Quad LNB, there are four 2x2 Switches build it. In other words, each LNB output, transmits both Anik F1 and Anik E2 satellites from Star Choice Satellite Systems.
This LNB is looks similar as the
Legacy Quad LNB
used by
dish network.
The only difference is that this one works for Star Choice only.
You cannot used high frequency splitters in the Quad LNBS. If you do, you'll miss more than 1/2 the channels in all the receivers connected.
