This is the smallest and compact of all ExpressVu Receivers. In fact, it come with so many phenomenal features. The following are the main features for the 4100 Receiver:
a)Dolby Digital Output: It allows you to listen truly digital sound by connecting to any stereo with AC3 Output. Be aware, it works only for any shows being broadcast in Dolby Digital format.

c)Search Control: It allows you to search your favorite show up to 48 hours ahead of time. All you do, is type the name of the show, and you get to see the channel number and time where this shows will be broadcasted.

Recording has never been so easy. With the new and improved PVR 5900 receiver you will never miss a show EVER! The following are the main features on this receiver:
a)All features of 4100 Model.
b)80 Hours Hard drive. This is the TIVo of ExpressVu Receivers. You get a digital hard drive. This HD records continuously up to 1 hour.
c)UHF Remote: It allows you to change channels anywhere in the house without. All you do is this: take the remote to any room. Then, you can flip channels without pointing to the receiver.
d)Playback Capability: You can use this receiver to connect to any TV without having a Satellite connected to it. Subsquently, you can wath all the pre-recorded shows no matter where you are. All you have to do is connect it like you connect a VCR or DVD player to any TV set.

Component Video:
To provide with the best quality picture, the 6141 receiver comes with a set of Composite Video jacks. This provides an outstanding 1080i HDTV picture.

Dual Set of RCA Input Jacks:
These jacks allow you to connect any video machine such as DVD's VCR, Camcorder and much more.

HDMI:

The transition to MPEG-4 by ExpressVu has not been confirmed and is not expected for several years but MPEG-4 capabiliyt now means the receiver will be able to handle new future signal transport systems.

HDMI connection:
The best connection for the best receiver. This receiver has an HDMI connection. Thus, it provides the highest quality picture in High Definition format.
c)More Recording Capability: The 9242S HDTV Receiver has a hard drive with capability to record 200 hours of stardard TV quality & 30 hours of HDTV. Be aware, HD has more information, thus, it requires more memory to record.
d)Dual Recording Viewing: This receiver has a dual tuner build in it. Thus you can watch two shows simultenously, as long as you have a twin tuner TV set.

Two TV connection:
You can connect two different TV's to the 9242S HDTV receiver. Tuner 1 must be an HD Television, while Tuner 2 will be connected to a stardard television set.
