Dish Pro Plus LNB
Dish Pro Plus LNB allows you to connect a 3rd Satellite in to your satellite receiver. This LNB is exclusively use for Dishnetwork systems. In fact, the only receivers that work for ths LNBs are the ones with DP logo in it. The most popular uses for this LNB is when you are combining Dish 500 with either Satellite 129W satellite or 118W satellite. Echostar 129W satellite gives you High Definition channels. While, 118W satellite is used for ethnical channels. As you can see, in the picture above, this LNB has three ports. The first two are outputs and the third one is input. The two outputs allows to connect two receivers. While the input connect, allows you to connect to a third satellite. Be aware, the third satellite must have Dish Pro LNB on the third dish. Therefore, each output on the dish 500 LNB would provide three satellites into one line without using external switches.
